Ken Farmer Co-authors Chapter in Book

Ken Farmer, an Associate in the firm’s Business Opportunities Group, has co-authored a chapter entitled “Representing Entities” in a new book “Professional Responsibility for Mississippi Lawyers”. The book’s primary authors are Jeffrey Jackson and Donald Campbell, both professors at Mississippi College School of Law. The book will be used in classes at the Mississippi College School of Law and has been made available by The Mississippi Bar to judges throughout the state of Mississippi.
