Jay Kilpatrick, shareholder with YoungWilliams P.A., joined the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group whose membership is limited to trial attorneys who have achieved million dollar results in their practice areas and who have demonstrated in an objective and tangible way their ability to succeed in many forms of complex litigation. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 4000 members located throughout the country. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases. Members must have acted as principal counsel in at least once case in which their client has received a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more. Fewer than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members. Jay Kilpatrick graduated from the University of Mississippi Law Center and specializes in general personal injury practice with emphasis on auto-truck accidents, products liability and maritime injuries.
